In collaboration with Marriott, Untitled Studio brought the Bonvoy Portal Lounge to life at the House of Showfields. Designed as a sensory escape from the pace of the city, the installation transported guests to the calm, sun-soaked beaches of Cancun.

Untitled Studio led the creative development, overseeing concept design, fabrication, installation, and digital content production. The experience was built around a multi-sensory environment that combined visuals, sound, and scent to create a feeling of tropical immersion. Warm sunset tones washed the space, while the sound of waves and a gentle coconut aroma invited guests into a moment of calm.

At the center of the installation stood the Destination Terminal, a custom interactive feature that guided visitors to their ideal Marriott Bonvoy destination. The space blurred the line between brand storytelling and experiential design, offering a moment of transport that felt personal, playful, and restorative.

By blending physical design with digital programming, the Bonvoy Portal Lounge captured the essence of travel and reimagined how brand experiences can offer both discovery and escape.
